This is mostly a MOC about the mechs on the main pic, but it also includes a backstory for my PP2060 sigfig. The backstory is not officially part of the MOC, so if you want to, go ahead and skip it.
About this creation
The Aglaecan Assault Meka was developed by Colonel Velt, formerly of the Austrian Security Division (or whatever they use for a secret police). Built to operate in any condition, they can carry out attacks in urban environments, in the jungle, in the desert, and even underwater. Armament varies; the two depicted are each carrying a Welk & Olsen .23 cal. Dark Matter energy rifle, and a shoulder mounted sea-sea, land-land torpedo, which can convert to missile in the open air. These Assault Mekas are efficient and merciless, but not very good at independent thinking, and are better used as shock troops than special forces.
Colonel Antonius Velt, formerly of the Austrian Intelligence Division, is a genius in the ways of robotiks and automated mekaniks. He is the parallel of Allied scientist Professor Dex, and is currently developing weapons based on Dex’s Arm-Or design. As well as being a technological mastermind, he is also an able land and sea commander. However, he prefers to use heavily armored and armed mekas instead of human troops. Velt has a secret laboratory/factory at which he develops and produces prototype weapons for Aglaeca. One of his main hobbies is tracking the whereabouts of Allied Spec Ops Squad 56, the better to destroy them.
