1:8 Scale Morgan 3 wheeler Super Sports Jap engine 1930
Welcome to my 1:8 scale Morgan 3 wheeler!
About this creation

Hi,

Here is my Morgan 3 Wheeler model I made for my dad who owns a Morgan 3 wheeler. I made it exactly the same spec as my dad's one, just that its 1/9th of the size and made out of lego ;)

I fond this one quite easy, but my big bro helped me a bit doing the beetleback but the rest is fully done by me. I even made a custom part for it, a very thin technic spacer (I just filed down a normal one to avoid it rubbing).

The jap engine was one of the hardest parts and it is very fragile, and I disdnt have any light gray antennas (my bro has 2 blay ones but he is keeping them XD) so I had to use white, sorry.
Hope you liked it!

v You shouldn't worry, Fred. The Morgan is sportier than anything on 3 wheels(except for the Grinall Scorpion perhaps). It can corner a lot faster than...you guessed it, the Reliant Robin.Anyway, excellent work Jonathan! Keep on building, we need you.

Great model Jonathan, especially the engine looks fantastic. Too bad there are so little people who likes it, maybe because it's not a sportscar ;-) I've made a Morgan recently, gonna post it soon. Greetings, Fred.

Quoting El Barto ! Well done! Great touch having your moc on the real thing. Funny to see these three wheelers coming back, too. I'm guessing your dad is in the midst of a restoration?
Hey! thanks for the comment! Well, he's not in the middle of a restoration, just that the clutch went :/

Wow! This car looks amazing from the photos. This car looks very realistic and detailed. The shape of this car, which looks very hard to make is very well replicated. The only thing on this car I would change is the hubcaps on the wheels, I feel they are too thick and are not to scale. Once again, nice job!
