Dies Irae
A Space Pirate tug boat, along with fuel tanker. Or is it?
About this creation

Introducing, my Space Pirate Monkeys Jojo and Captain Zanzibar Chimpley. These two Pirates used to be farmers on the Agroworld 'Canadia IV' before the recession hit. They then sold all their land, and bought a Space Tug, hoping to pirate commercial shipments. They then remembered Canadia is a barren wasteland, and is somewhat lacking in commercial shipments. After two loads of stolen cows, they got into the smuggling business for a crimelord a few systems over, outfitting their tug with a hyperdrive core and an empty fuel tanker. Their smuggling operation was quite successful, as they only got arrested for DUIs (They're Pirates, after all). Speaking of which, the pair have managed to accumulate 2,064 DUIs and served approximately 7 hours jail time.

The Dies Irae itself is nothing remarkable, and wouldn't be capable of intersystem travel were it not for the bulky hyperdrive core fitted to the rear of the ship.

The ship's underside houses most of the necessary sensory equipment, the fuel tanks, and the sublight engine. This is where you should shoot it, in case you happen to be a member of the Narcotics Team.
Not that I would know anything about you or your job, of course...

The nose of the craft used to have a large figurehead of a nude monkey. The crew realised it was actually the corpse of a nude monkey six months later, and had it removed. That's why you never buy from a discount pawn broker.

The Hyperdrive Core is a large engine thing that tears holes in the dimensions, and throws ships through said holes. It generally works on the principle of 'Dear God, please let this not kill us...' It's not uncommon to find ships that end up in the wrong time period, location, dimension, universe, etc. It's also not uncommon to find ships whose entire crew has disappeared, or worse.
Sounds fun, right?

A closeup of the Hyperdrive core.
It's still scary.

The craft, head on. It's not the most stable of vessels...

Our intrepid Pirates/Smugglers. Unlike most pirates, they don't have an enclosed ship or a proper space suit. They make do with Pirate-y headgear and a modified set of scuba gear.
Don't ask how they survive the vacuum. Just don't. I can't help you there.

The rear of the vessel.
What'd you think it was?

An overview of the ship.

And this is the fuel tanker, where all the illicit cargo is stored. Note it's fuel-tanker-esque shaping and design. That's because it is one.
The horror... THE HORROR!

In order for the disguise to be perfect, all the little pieces of gear were left on the tank. eBay really came through, eh?

The rear. Jojo is a big SW fan, so he slapped an Imperial symbol on the back of the tanker. Captain Zanzibar Chimpley has yet to notice.

The interior! Filled to the brim with hallucinogens, narcotics, and other assorted drugs. However, the most dangerous cargo is the gray lead-lined cylinder. It contains a single copy of The Room, and is bound for the Drug Syndicate's headquarters, where they plan to use it as a method of torture.

Jojo makes a sale! Like all good pirates, they prefer to be payed in gold dubloons or other shiny things, but Booze is always an acceptable payment.

Quoting 000 000 Ahh... so they're monkeys with eye-patches and a somewhat sense of how to rip people off? Monkey pirate smugglers FTW... Nice life support masks (I assume?)
They're learning. And yes, those are life support masks. It helps them not suffocate so quickly.
