About this creation








Opal City, a city of the future, where mutants, super-humans, aliens, time travellers and monsters gather. Some want to rule, some want to destroy, and some - like Captain Diamond, simply want to make the world a better place.

Name: Doctor "Doc" Toxic
Real Name: Dr Francis Franks
Status: Citizen of Opal City
Species: Cyborg
Powers: Genius IQ, able to generate toxic chemicals, construct weapons and robots of futuristic design.
Weapons: high-tech cybonetic armour, toxic goo launchers.
Weakness: Needs to be in constant contact with toxic goo or he will die.
Background: Dr Franks was the acknowledged expert in cybernetics at Opal City University, till and accidental exposure to a highly volatile toxic slime caused his body to mutate. In order to survive he used his own cybernetic technology to graft his dying body into a powerful robotic exoframe with life support systems. Over time he lost his mind and now seeks to make the rest of Opal City pay for him loosing his humanity.
