Today in Lego Design we looked at mircoscale architecture including Shannonia and Luseville . The kids each worked on a 10x10 block for the collaborative project. Nick and I each made a block as well. You'll be able to see how the entire city turned out as the kids start posting their builds tomorrow. Mircoscale is really fun, I might come back to this project again at a later date.

The follow entry can be found on Frankipedia - The FFCCCN is dedicated to preserving the natural world, while at the same time being completely oblivious to the building's carbon footprint. This striking contradiction is mostly due to a simple calculation error that the architect made under extreme pressure.
Four buildings comprise this urban center.
Fujibayashi Luxury Condominiums offer an expansive view of the surrounding city. Each unit is pressure sensitive, only allowing individuals of a certain girth into the complex. The penthouse unit has been deemed "the high ground" and will be perpetually occupied by the building's namesake.

Mittelstead Manor has been appraised for a cool 2 billion. The building was designed by it's owner as part of one of many outrageous claims that have been proven wrong time and again. The pinnacle of the manor houses a pub serving only the finest non-alcoholic beverages to guests; to make up for this, smoking is encouraged.
I have to say, that is an awesome use of those golden bowls. I like the little bit of water and foliage you added in too. Wouldn't it be great if they stopped cutting all the trees down to build? haha. Great job! Hey would you mind taken a spin over to my latest creation, if you have the time? It's the HMS Churchill.
