Part One of my Behind-the-Scenes look at my upcoming Sci-Fi epic, "Space Ninjas". And epic it shall be. In this first installment, I'll show you a few of the characters and props, just to get a feel for the film.
Stay tuned for Part Two, where I'll be showing my animation studio, plus the first set(s) to be used in the film!
About this creation
This is Myo, the main character. As you can see, he's wearing red and green armour, and holding a Katana and a pretty sweet Brickarms weapon that a friend gave me. He does have some electro-daggers (for Star Wars fans, they were inspired by the shoto lightsabers) Myo is a Space Ninja who has been trained to track down super-villain Count Orlok. Now that he's done so, and fulfilled what he believes is his life-long purpose, what does he do next? Well, that's for me to know and for you to find out!

This here is Van. I haven't decided on a surname yet, as it's kind of irrelevant. He's a trainee dude working at the human base on the planet Vesta, which is a lot like Hoth, only with less harsh weather and terrain. He really wants to be Myo's partner, as he dreams of life of action and adventure.
Van won't really feature much in Space Ninjas, but since I have plans for a possible sequel, I figured that'd be okay.
And here is Darth Vader, I mean Count Orlok. He's the main villain, and has been loose in the galaxies for a long time. About forty years before the time when the film is set, Orlok pretty much ruled the Andromeda galaxy, and was so close to taking over Earth and the rest of the Sol system. But, he was stopped by some legendary ninja dude, and imprisoned. And escaped, only to disappear completely. For forty years, it was as if he had just vanished. And then he reappeared seven years ago, and the Earth high powers decided to train Myo up to catch him. Which, a few days before the film's set, he did.
The weapon he's holding is a Plasspear, the Space Ninja equivalent of a lightsaber. I think he's a cool villain, mainly for reasons that I can't state here without ruining the movie.
This guy's just an EPP pilot (EPP coming in the next installment).

A Police Carrier. It can fit four Police on the back, plus the driver in the front. The front bit itself was inspired by the Police Speeder from the 2009 Star Trek reboot, which I was watching at the time I started writing the script.
Sadly, I only have two Policemen, but I don't need more for any scenes in the film.
Orlok has his own speeder! Yayerz! It was built entirely from Star Wars pieces, as I got a load of LEGO mini models with the Daily Mirror last year, and one package was Star Wars stuff. Actually, I think the Police Carrier is all Daily Mirror LEGO, too.
That's all for this time, folks, but watch this space, as the Part Two is coming very, very soon!
