About this creation
Flare: My opinion of Evil Dictators are very low. On the other hand, Mischevious Naughty Dictators, like myselves, are perfectly acceptable. You might be wondering what the asymmetries of these two are. Well, for example, recently one of my favorite clones was killed by the wicked Evil Dictator Frawble. Fawbul. Faubel. Whatever his name was. But you see, us Mischevious Naughty Dictators have a much different philosophy.
Flare: Instead of immediately murdering our fair enemy, we prefer to "play" with them.
Flare: Yes, yes, and if we want something accomplished (always a nice/violent practical joke), all we have to do is ask (because everyone loves practical jokes...), compared to Evil Dictators where they FORCE people to do stuff!
Flare: You see we're much more laid back, and less pushy with the "evil" stuff. Now if you'd look here...
Flare: We captured that wicked man, but we're giving him a fair chance. He goes into the gladitor arena, and we even give him a fair chance by giving him a weapon!
Flare: Of course we HAVE to make it more fun by cutting his hands off! Heeheehee!
Aliens: (translated) Boy, this is gonna be fun!
Flare:So you see, us Mischevious Naughty Dictators are much nicer than Evil Ones.
Come back next time where we will be discussing what to do to sheep-stealers... yum-yum!
