Quite an awesome feat. Took me a while to see just where Stronius is in the MOC. Torso, head and upper arms by the look of it. Now this is making me rethink my MOC lol.

It's uber cool, I didn't even know that Stronius was inside. But according to rule 5, you should have put '"Pimp My Toa" - Vex Vader' as the title.

I think it's safe to say that you've won this one! I don't think anyone else thought to build a giant exoskeleton around the toa. Jaw-dropping as usual!

very good body and story, but you should consider making a custom head and getting rid of the mask, it looks just a little to small. overall very good.
