Superman Abomination: Issue #1, Season Premiere

Here's the premiere of my new season, Superman Abomination!!! I've got 32 pages here. This one starts with a complex plot that's gonna tie up loose ends from Superman Deliverance and Superman Hauntings. This season is one I've been intending to do for awhile, so I'm excited it's finally happening. The last two seasons have gotten complaints for pacing issues, so I'm trying harder to iron those out with this one. I'm taking the pace faster, but still showing all the details. This season has alot to do with past seasons, so I recommend you read the ones mentioned in the captions if you havent yet. I plan on taking a short break after this issue, because I'll be a bit busy. I've noticed similar elements to the story I wanna tell and the classic novel, Frankenstein, so I hope to read that for inspiration before I'm through with this season. As with much of my Superman stuff, I intend to make philosophical points while telling a story, and I think this one has potential that way. After this one, I wanna make a miniseries entitled SHAZAM! And then continue with my Superman and other comics. I've got lotsa plans for the future of my series, and I hope you enjoy them. That's all, comment and rate!!

Quoting Christian Schlichting You produce new seasons in a speed nobody can follow by reading :) A good start with a nice flow this time. Thought i still never understand why Lex can work further in his tower and why Superman don't just destroy the labs sometime. Hate comiclogic but who cares.
unfortunately, it's more complicated than that. assuming Superman could destroy LexCorp, Lex could always broadcast the security footage and turn the world against Superman. or he could use his henchmen such as Metallo to stop Superman if he tried. and then there's no telling what Superman could run into if he really tried to demolish the building, who know's what Luthor's got in there? Luthor's real threat is that no mere phyisical force can truly stop him, he can always adapt and rebuild.

Quoting 'Mano . How the giraffe was I supposed to know that? =O
sorry, poor choice of words. I meant more that you should be informed of that, not that you should know it on your own.

Quoting 'Mano . "Ooooooh!" Good story, I like the thought of a cybernetically-enhanced... oh snap! =O Is this the same guy-who's-name-starts-with-an-M-Kryptonite-powered-badguy that showed up sometime in your other comics? Well played. =)
yeah, I feel like I didn't hit the mark last time, so I've given him a more complex origin and a slightly different character. BTW, he's up for next season, I'm using somebody else as the main villain of this one. you should know that Lab 68 is a reference to 1968, the year this character was introduced into the DC Comics.

Quoting Matt Shack I know that guy that is fighting Superman, he is Metallo the cyborg villian, you did use my idea.
yeah, I've had John Corben in my comics since Superman Underworld, and I'm finally making him into Metallo. he'll be a side story in this season, so I can bring him to the forefront in the next season.

Quoting Jam Pot Of your comics that I've read, this seems to be the best yet! I like the micro-scale Metropolis a lot. And is that Jonathan Kent at the beginning with Clark?
yeah, I used him in my earlier comics some and wanted to bring him back into the story for a guest appearance. if all goes well, he'll be in this season again, along with Martha Kent, Lana Lang, and Pete Ross.
