The Love Bubble pirate ship.

About this creation

Sandy and Mandy Fluffykins are two of the galaxies most wanted space pirates, using their unique cute-field projectors they are capable of boarding any spacecraft!

Once a freighter is in the range of the eerie pink field the twins have a short com-link discussion in which they describe the puppies and kittens they have on board and the effected crew cannot resist giving them docking permission. Next thing they know they are staring down the barrel of Mandy's Lactose-Ray-Guns and surrendering their vessel.

The effects of their cute-field generators take a long time to wear off and most Space-Police interviewers find the victims more upset that the evil twins had lied about having puppies and kittens on board then at the loss of their cargo.

Built to prove clikits, duplo eggs and pink had a place in space The Love Bubble (and it's replacement the Triple Trouble Love Bubble) are two of my most popular creations both online and at events!

The front window is a DUPLO egg, part of the packaging for small DUPLO sets in 2000 to 2003. If your lucky you might find one, but unscratched ones are very hard to come by!

Pretty from behind! But where are the engines? Very good question... I never did come up with a good answer to that one.

See the clikit string? It's a good solution because it's slightly stretchy, so there's some give and good holding power.
