This villa is less eco, but more friendly! It can house up to six humans (well, minifigs) or 300 brave men! The pool on top is what keeps it's price higher than moon, and those funky colors are the reason ladys will come to your house.. If it was painted like this..

Some more angles would do, like a bird's eye. ;) But yes, it's a very nice villa.
