This is a vignette that shows the struggle US soldiers faced on D-Day. It doesn't represent any specific beach. Sorry if the picture quality is bad; the photos are from my phone. Please rate & comment!
About this creation
An aerial view of the scene, showing two American soldiers scurrying through waist deep waters to reach the shoreline. You can see the one soldier's helmet sinking into the cold unforgiving waters.

Here is a perspective of what a German soldier might have seen. You can see that the one infantryman is taking cover behind a supply crate (which was parachuted out of a C-47).

This is the perspective that another American soldier might have had. Here you can see the blood soaking up onto the beach and the more distant soldier stepping out of the water.
