This is my first official MOC. I realized it using parts from 2 6754 sets and some parts stolen from 7709 set. I started adding some rooms to the original model, but soon I ran out of bricks. Then I decided to project a new smaller version with LDD, but during the construction I ran out of bricks again while realizing the internal walls, so I had to modify the project. Feel free to download attached instructions; they don't perfectly match the result for the reason explained before.

About this creation

Let's start with a front view. I tried some advanced techniques for the wall near the entrance.

Side view. It seems someone is having fun donw there...

Back. There's a big windowed door that lets minifigs out of the kitchen and enter the garden.

Here is the colonnade. Look at the particular grayscale path of the floor.

What are you doing?!? No LEGO minifigs were injured shooting this photo...

Here is a detail of the balcony, with two sunbeds.

Let's take a look at the interior. This is the first floor. There is a big bedroom in the top right, a small bedroom in the bottom right corner and a big bathroom; it isn't complete because I haven't finished the furnitures yet.

And this is the ground floor. There's a big kitchen and a living room.

The living room has a big flat screen and two armchairs.

Here they can put their jackets and hats.

The kitchen has a cute fireplace for winter cold days.

They can enjoy cooking here.

Finally some extra furniture: a sofa, a swimming pool, a grass mower, a picnic table and a red spider.
