Well, I’m home sick today. So that just leaves me, a sixer, Infected Mushroom, and my bricks to do what we will. I was tooling around with microscale space and well…got a little carried away. While I normally let the bricks do the talking, this one helps if you read =).
About this creation

Good morning, captains. As you all know, I am Admiral Sturm and will be briefing you on our latest assault mission.

We will use the holo-emitter for the majority of the presentation.

So…word in the quadrant has it that Futuron is almost done with their new capital ship, the Pterosaur. We need to make our move before it is operational.

Psst. What’s a Pterosaur?
I dunno. They come up with the dumbest names for these ships.

BROC! ROC! Keep it down! Allow me to enlighten you. The Pterosaur is an extinct earth lizard, existing from the late Triassic through the Cretaceous period. It is thought to be the first vertebrate to evolve flight. It also makes for a sweet capital ship name. Now moving on.

Here is the layout of the sector.

Enhance.

Instead of attacking Futuron City directly, we will be attacking their mining operations, cutting off their resources.

These tankers are your primary targets.

Now most of Futuron is guarded by Earth mercs. Here you see the vulnerable plating of their destroyers and frigates. These will not be a problem.

Hey Broc, check this out.

*swoosh*

WHO THREW THAT!?

You think that’s funny? Huh? One more incident and I’m CANCELLING TACO NIGHT in the mess hall! How’s that for funny?

That's what I thought.

Once you reach the asteroid, you will have plenty to deal with. Futuron is not so foolish as to trust their resources to the mercs. The asteroid will be protected by Royal Interceptors, and they are more than a match for one of you. So we will be dispatching a force three times their numbers so we may easily overwhelm them. When combating the interceptors its important to remember...

WHAT THE! MONKEYS? Alright, If I find out who hacked into my presentation, they’re gonna get LASER-HOOKED RIGHT IN THE FACE! Class dismissed.
The End

Here is the tablescrap that inspired the entire MOC.

Here is a shot of the whole "MOC." Hope you enjoyed yourself!

LOL, dude! Really like the mini-destroyer and frigate. Watch out where you step when cleaning up the floor- I bet our merry prankster(s) fed those monkey holo's a little while before letting them loose in the briefing room! - Huss Q. |

Ingenious! Cool holo-enhance mode. I went through the pics first without reading the text. My first impression was "Hmmm, something like Ender's Game!" Then I went back to read. Hilarious! Taking away taco night is mean! XD |
