Quoting LukeClarenceVan The Revanchist Nice work, looks menacing! I do see some resemblance, did you time travel and take my general design? ;) Great work!
Some people say that everything I see reminds me of something from BSG, but you can see, I don't just make it up, right? Thanks!

Quoting Kolin Hibbert I haven't actually been to the EIA to see which plane it is, but the one used for the sound of the Heavy Raider's engines flies out of Edmonton's International Airport. Whenever I'm outside working and I hear it I get chills thinking about the scene when they arrive at the New Caprica settlement.
It's certainly an intimidating ship. Thanks for the comment!

Quoting Christian Collins Very nice!
Thanks! It's kind of obscure, but worth a try. I've seen one other one, much larger scale: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=4752207

Quoting LukeClarenceVan The Revanchist Looks awesome! I should probably get around to reading your storyline soon, with sets like these it's bound to be great!
This ship appears in one episode. One of my favorites, partly shot in night vision! http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/260951

Thanks for the flurry of comments! This is the only one of its kind, so far. I can imagine someone building on a huge scale, but who knows when...Not me.

Quoting Histo Sci Now that I've seen this in the show a lot more...you've done a really good job at a large ship, in a difficult scale. I like it!
Yes, it's use increases in frequency as the show progresses. I basically scaled it to those old gears. Thanks, Dude!

Quoting Marc R. Excellent, an ugly ship never looked more beautiful - even in this small scale. It must have been a pain to create the right look. Very well performed, good job.
Why thank you! Yes, I didn't want to build one any bigger than this.

Quoting Matt The Backward One Very nice! The edited is wonderful. The use of gear pieces was brilliant! 5/5!
Thank you! Those gear pieces go way back, to the 70's I think, some of the original Technic sets.

Quoting Garry King It is good to see the tin cans are getting their strike force up in numbers. Well done there El Barto. May say "SO SAY WE ALL" but "GO TOASTERS GO" sounds better.
They're about to get a few dents in that nice shiny chrome! Thanks!
