Here is Patrol 4. Patrols are used during fire season to add a layer of protection to wildland areas. It is based on a Ford F450 long bed Pickup with a 200gl poly tank and hose reel. It is the final purchase of this older design for Brick City's Patrol Trucks. These trucks are made in a local shop. The new design will be built by E-One.
About this creation
I hope you like this new truck. It replaces Truck 4 which was more of a generic design. I have also started to number my trucks like those of the Ventura County Fire Departement. It has the new paint sceme which is being carried on all vehicles bought in 2010 and beyond.
I tore apart Engine 1 and have started to build its replacement, Engine 4. I will tackle a ladder truck someday, but I am a bit daunted by the prospect of designing the turntable and telescoping section. I would like to see an LDD file from one of you have who have built them. Regards, Eric.

Very Nice! Keep up the good work! One question, have you considered building a ladder truck?

Shoot me an email at your convenience (Codebru24 AT yahoo DOT com) and I will send you an LDD file of the turntable and ladder section of an aerial ladder.

Very nice job, Guys! The details are WAY cool (and the grille and headlights look JUST LIKE the Ford!!). We have similar vehicles in the FPD(s) here, to reach those "Inaccessible" brush fires and the like. Johnny and I have a question for you...e-mail us when you have a minute, OK? email@example.com Thanks!
I know we who still believe in Legoland scale cars are not popular on these pages, but who cares? This is a beauty. It's great how much detail you can pack on a small model if you try, and this just looks great, would be a great addition to a Legoland town spread...
