To continue on the note of WWII-influenced artillery guns..in this case, the 88mm Flak Gun.
About this creation
U.N.E. "Vulcan" Artillery Gun
What a bad place to be..
Side of it..
It can fold down too! =P
The place you wanna be! Spurt heavy bullets up here and pepper C.O.P. soldiers with machine gun fire!
Commentary: Well, you might have noticed I changed my background! I now edit all of them on GIMP to give it a cleaner feel to it. If you might have noticed (and read!) that I built it under the influence of the 88mm Flak Gun used in WWII. The only major difference (that I know of) between this and the flak model is that there's no 4th leg protruding out the back. Also my first U.N.E. MOC.

Sadly, I don't control the MOC of the Week, but you might get it! |

Very nice. Doing throwbacks is one of my favorite things. I had plans for a futuristic cannon based on designs from the 18th century. BTW Why don't you agree with me on 'Mano's new post? Elaborate here or on that MOC please. |

Or better yet, stick it on a quadruped mech. |

Only reason I'm giving it a four out of five is because i have to agree with others that stationary artillery is engineering of the past, but definitely got high marks just for nostalgia, lol. I personally loved and hated the 88mm Flak cannon, original MOH on computer player here, I loved the handle detail as well, but like Awesome said, you need to build it onto a vehicle chassis. Other than that, great build, keep it up.
I know, I'll probably build one and edit it onto this post after I've finished my contest stuff ;) |

Nice one. Worthy of MOC of the Week, perhaps?
It'd be an honor! :) |

Nice! The funny thing is that I started making a mobile artillery, but the gun was WAY too big for the treaded car. Then I turned it into a Rapid Insertion Vehicle. |

Sweet artillery piece. The valve handle on the side is a nice touch. |

And then a tank rolls over it, because non-mobile artillery is a thing of the past. Put it on a car or something, then it'd be better.
Working on one.. |
