I don't normally comment on non-mech related stuff. But this deserves a comment. This IS the definitive lego Pelican. Take a page out of Eric's book, people. Also, my hat goes off to you for doing something great for that family. A great MOC by a great builder.

Best lego rendition I have seen of a pelican so far, in particular given the limited pallet on LDD. I very much like the model although I feel the proportions seem just a little out, primarily the wings being on the small side I think.
