The antagonist from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. She is the evil ruler of Narnia and the corrupter of Edward, son of Adam. I have her driving her polar bear drawn chariot from the climactic battle scene.

A close-up of the Witch with her chainmail like gown and furred collar. She is carrying her staff that turns her enemies to stone.

They are from a couple Arctic sets, but I got them on Bricklink.
