i have no idea what this is, there might be a video but its not working on my computer, but from what i here its some kind of mechine that flaps wings or some thing...awesome!!!

give it a massave wingspan, cloth wings, and alter the gear ratio and you may achive flight! Ausome!

Cool. The shape is just okay, but the mechanism is AWESOME! Nice idea.

Nice! The mechanism works great, (Thanks to E3 huh? ;)) and it looks really cool! Minifigs can fit inside correct? (And I think I know who spammed. ;) )

alright, but aside from the mechanism, not that good, and I would think 'working' means it flies.

I was about to ask how it came that there are so many smilies already but I see the answer already, I've had the same on some mocs. Anyway, about the moc; it works and that's cool, but I would really want to see a more accurate and detailed version, I'm sure with a little more effort you can accomplish that
