Jimmy and Jeiranu
Jimmy, an astronaut, and Jeiranu, a living biomechanoid suit. Contest Entry: Bio-System Category 15/20
About this creation

Jeiranu is a female bio-mechanoid combat suit. She is especially equipped as a lightweight scout.

She has one full left arm, and instead of a right arm, she has a pulse positronic rifle.

Jimmy wasn't really an astronaut. He was a researcher, and not very useful for much. During a sensor placement, he hit something solid. It was a faceplate.

Jimmy was locked inside and little tubes attached themselves to him. The thing, whatever it was, started to talk to him, first in a language he didn't understand, and then in English.

"Jeiranu" she said was her name. When Jimmy asked what she was, she was quite for a few moments. He recieved an image of what she looked like, and he could see the thick shelled armor she had, and the thick shell on her back as well.

The pulse positronic rifle that Jeiranu has instead of a right arm. For her species, this is a sidearm. Note the coils that wrap loosely around the rifle. These are cooling coils for the weapon.

Jeiranu is very quick, with long legs to run fast as a scout.

Jeiranu seen here kneeling while firing the rifle. She is a limbo champion.

A karate kick. Long legs are very useful. Jeiranu is extremely well balanced.

Creator's Notes and Bonus Pictures

This is my first Bio-System Mix. It was fun to design, but extremely difficult. Here is my excited jump for joy, as displayed through Jimmy and Jeiranu.

The PlsPos Rifle is definitely cool. I like this 'Mech's squat look, almost CHIBI-like. Cool build.- Huss Q.

I thought the legs and the left arm could have been more complex, but I am quite impressed with the gun. 3 points.

Interesting. Upon first glance I was going for a score of two, looked closer, bumped it to a 3, then really looked at what you did here and I must say, it is very good. The arms, as Yuri pointed out, seem a bit odd, but otherwise, I really like this. 4 points.

I'm not sure I completely agree with the arms, but the rest is quite effective :)

This thing is REALLY good, the mix between bionicle and system parts is perfect, and the backstory was great too. 5/5
