In which we stick it to Da Vinci.
About this creation
One of these days I'll go on an Indy binge and burn through all four movies. That's right, Shannon Young, all FOUR. Even the fourth one; I liked it! It was stupid, yes, but it was fun stupid.

An interesting twist on the Indiana Jones theme and Da Vinci... I think I would've liked it better if you had included some of the subtleties of the original artwork, though. Elsa would've made a good Judas. |

Yeah Eylar, come on! Save us some mouse clicks! What's wrong with you? Oh wait, you like the alleged fourth Indy movie. I guess that answers my question. |

Quoting Alex Eylar My bad; I've always posted my pictures that way since I started MOCpages. I usually just open them in a new window to see them bigger.
Uh-huh... I think every member of MOCpages (Before the major renovation) used to post like that. But with the ability to post in a larger format, it's nice I don't have to open half-a-dozen tabs. Of course, it IS your MOC. And it IS your post... but in my case, with such a sad-state of internet hosting, every little bit helps... sorry for my continual flow of comments... |

Quoting Alex Eylar What format is that?
You posted the pictures so that I had to open them up separately from the MOC. When you could have saved me a couple internet crashes, by posting the pictures in a larger format. Sorry... it's just that(Annoying overly spoken comment approaching) MOCpages is so slow... |

Great build with some excellent lighting. The fourth movie was disappointing to say the least... |

I refuse to acknowledge the existence of a fourth Indy movie. My Complete Indiana Jones Movie Collection box set contains three movies. THREE. Anything taking place after The Last Crusade I put down to a nightmare I had once, that I've been trying desperately ever since to forget. |

But the real question is, should I go back and study this moc to find all the hidden meanings that were "in" the original? I mean, did you line up the bread rolls so that if you put music bars across the page they would actually be notes and we could play it? (no kidding on that guys, it's a real theory. Look it up) I don't know, I guess I'm just easy (insert joke here) but I actually liked the fourth one... I dunno, entertain me for two hours and I'm a happy guy. Not every movie has to be Citizen Cane ya know. Nice build of course and as always, the lighting is Eylarized! ~ Chris. |

HAHAHA, great job! Love the set design and the lighting. Yes, the 4th Indy was bad....really bad, actually one of the worst movies I have ever seen, no wait, that was Ponyo. |

Wow, I don't know if this is art, but It certainly looks that way. The lighting is amazing. |

Love it. So how many of these could you do from classical works of art before the idea becomes trite and cheesy...or are we already there? ;-) Let me know when you're ready to approach "Garden of Earthly Delights!" |

So which one of 'em is representing Judas? Hahaha. This is a really clever moc here, and I'd love to see it with Star Wars characters. Nice job. |

That a thousand curses would find their way into your home, and a hundred scorpions would nest in your beard! Darn you for uploading those pictures in a format that forces me to open them up, separately! The surprise you gave, here, was that the build of the actual set was cooler than the lighting... curiouser and curiouser... but I love the overall idea! Not a big fan of the fourth film, but at least it was better than the StarWars prequals... Anyway, nice build! Love the thought. |
