My first real Lego MOC. For centuries the pirates and imperial soldiers have been at war. During an economic meltdown the soldiers soon realise that they need gold to help survive the times, on a limb they team with the pirates to help find the next lot of hidden booty. Once a pirate though, always a pirate - and these pirates are very good at their deceptive game.

i know ive seen this long time ago, but for some reason i didnt comment..... hehe. how many of the lego pirates forts did you buy to make this one? i once bought 2 of em and turned em in to one fort, but if i should guess at how many you did use i would say just around 5 or 6,
am i correct? but besides that, this is an really awesome build, i really like it, but again, if you need a good fort, then you need alot of bricks, and alot of space, hehe. nice job. |

I like the concept and scope of this creation. Although, in my humble opinion, it could use some color change, perhaps some red flooring instead of blue. Also you might consider some outer towers or higher walls. Just a thought. Overall I like how big and spread out it is. These kinds of creations are tons of fun to play with. Nice build. |

Very creative work here, I really like it. I was starry-eyed by the beer composed of two very simple parts, very inventive !
Thanks for sharing |

Cool... your first real MOC. Nice touch with those crocodiles. I'm not sure I like the architectural style on this, though... it doesn't really keep with the forts of that time period, although the buildings are well-built. |

Wow! A huge and really skilful build! I am envious of all the white pieces! A colour I am seriously lacking in. I really like the design of the building with all the windows it looks fantastic.
Thanks Leda. Lol @ the white pieces, your lacking in them, they are all i really have. I bought 6 of the Pirate Port set, now I have an overabundance of similar pieces with no range of pieces. I have contacts in the toy shop industry who can get me these sets for NZ$50ea, think they have about 30 of them remaining. |
