Speedtech Coupé V.2 (10-wide)
The new Speedtech Coupé has been redesigned form the ground up, with a longer wheelbase, and new engine.
About this creation

Side view. This car is 26 studs long, making it one stud shorter than the original Coupé even with the longer wheelbase.

A shot of the rear. There's no diffuser, as with the shorter overhang there was no room, and on the original it didn't do anything...

Another side view

Top view.

Underside.

Everything open.

A shot of the roomier four seater interior. Note the gear lever for the semi automatic 7 speed DCS (Dual Clutch Shift) gearbox, working together with shifting paddles on the steering column.

A capacious boot for the wife's shopping.

The brand new 372 kilowatt (500 horsepower), supercharged V8, which borrows heavily from Nate Andrews' designs.

A shot of the new seats.

A shot of the interior from the back. The steering wheel is on the right because I live in New Zealand, and we drive on the left.

The rear seats, with plenty of legroom.

Now for some arty shots...

Someone's getting out...

Everything open.

A shot along the sills.

Another shot of the rear.

Front 3/4 showing the air massive air inlet to help the new V8 to breathe

Rear 3/4

An arty shot I can't be bothered to describe.

A shot with the boot open

Another shot of the rear

Another shot of the engine, showing the huge supercharger to force-feed the V8

A front 3/4 view of the V8 out of the car on its own.

The front of the engine.

The rear of the engine.

Quoting Ape Fight Good job : ) Nice interior and engine for this scale, and the shape's quite cool too - looks like one of Nate Andrew's models. 4 smilies. I preferred the previous version's grill though
Wow! I've been compared to Nate Andrews! I must say I agree with you on the grille, and The SRD version, which I will post when I'm not swamped with schoolwork, has a similar, recessed grille.
