Flowery Flyer
This ws a creation that I used for an experiment to try to find an innovative technique. I found the technique with the basketball net.
About this creation
I'm not sure If the technique has already been found yet, but I found it while playing "freestyle" with Lego. It turns out that you can fit a 1x1 cylainder in a baskeball net all around, making this smooth 360 degree snot look. And you can also put on a net piece without the rim. I'm going to try to find more techniques and compatabilities with Lego soon. Here is an instructional page I made on the technique.

Update 7/10/2010: Another Flowery Flyer.

Hey Joshua, sorry I missed this. I agree that it would take a real man to fly a flower ship, and I'm not certain if I'm really man enough. LMAO Great techniques for some rarely used parts!

We love this, Buddy! It's always refreshing to see a new technique, especially one that uses those parts we normally wouldn't give a second thought to! Very clever!

Nice discovery with the nets. As for your 'Hippy Flyer', hippies peace me off!LOL You have to be pretty comfortable with your masculinity to be seen flying that thing around. Funny stuff.~H
