About this creation
Here's that bugger Pepperbeard on his way to the governer's house at Port Block. He has two armed (though very cocky and vulnerable)guards, a filled treasure chest (for bribing officials), and his trusty driver, "Joe". I'll leave the rest for your viewing pleasure.
