Pelican Version 3
About this creation
Well, here it is again, but this time I have enough updates to make it worth while. The pelican is too long this time, I'm working on it. Also, if I had a better cockpit window I would use it. I'm not made of money here people.

its too long, i know. I might beef up the tail section too.

new thruster- things. Now they have two exhaust ports, not one

   pretty

cockpit is angled downward to get the pilots to see better.

   open cockpit

open troop area- now it actually fits 10

new minifigs I'm working on. All I have now is the front torso decal. They will have more eventually.

another shot of the new rear wing- more accurate

   new front wing- more accurate

new deployment area- has that lip from the game.

here are my suggestions: try another cockpit prefferablt a snowspeeder one, beef up the tail and make the cabin smaller and make the tail longer, it has to hold a scorpion tank. get some comparison pics so you can see how the air intaked on the top are

It's okay, but not perfect. You should make the troop bay smaller; it is huge compared to the back of your Pelican. Also, the back of the Pelican should be enlarged.

It's looking good, but killernoob is right...shorten the troop bay back up. So what if it can't hold ten. Also if you are having trouble getting a shape or curve right, don't forget to try SNOT. It can work wonders. Still, this is a great looking Pelican!

I remember you saying that people ragged you out for not having a pelican that holds 10 but now you do and the troop bay seems too long. i dont really care that much about that but other people will. i think the only way to get them to shut up is to make one that is to scale with the real one but it would end up like 70 studs long! i think version 2.0 is you best yet but nice work though.

Alot better than V1, and it's good but it's not my kind of ship, but i like where the troops are held... i just can't remember what it's called
