The Mocathalon was fun, wasn't it? My last entry (probably/most likely/I'm sure it is) is none other than a portable DVD player. This moc really put my skill to the test, and forced me to think outside the box. For that, I thank (or blame...) the judges and coordinators of this event. Not to mention my team members who, to my shock, invited me to be their 5th member. Thanks guys! Please comment and rate as you wish.

There are input jacks on the side of the original as you can see here, ranging from volume control to the charging port.

From left to right here, volume, phones, audio/optical out, video, video/TFT (Whatever that is) and the charging port. I adjusted the brightness on this picture to highlight the detail.

Buttons and the control pad. I do realize that the lower buttons are dark grey. That's only because I didn't have enough bley 1x1 tiles to make this section and still do the rest of the player.

As the real one holds a DVD...

...So too does my version. Anyone here remember All in the Family? I love that show.

The battery packs of both.

Though the Lego-built Player is a bit larger than the original, It's made with Lego, so making it perfectly in-sync with the dimensions of the original is bound to be a hair-puller. Don't think I didn't try to make it match up perfectly. I really tried!

Thanks! Creating the screen was the biggest pain for me. I had to keep it smooth on both sides, but I wasn't quite sure how. It took me a little while, but I got it down.
