This is P-Squiddy.

P-Squiddy was tired of getting picked on by the other alien criminals,

and getting caught by the Space Police for stealing shiny gold trinkets.

One day, our poor little Squidman finally decided that he couldn't take anymore abuse, so he took off his signature cape and vowed to get his revenge on people mistreating Squidmen every where. And so, P-Squiddy became...

P-Squidbot!

His metallic muscles easily repaid the criminals for their antics.

And his newly found speed let him easily catch the local law enforcement.

But one day, after knocking down a pursuing cop, P-Squidbot heard a special bulletin being broadcast over the Space Police radio network. It seems that they had a new, more powerful mech in their midst. Horrified by the news, P-Squidbot knew that he had to create some kind of weapon to go along with his robo-suit.

And so, he created his B.F.F.L., the Big Freaking Fusion Laser.

The B.F.F.L. comes equipped with seven rounds preloaded in the rifle. (Of course, being a squidman, P-Squidbot never realized that, with a gun that size, a single round's blowback could send his mech spiraling backwards. Even so, the gun was a force that his enemies would have to reckon with.)

The gun was more than a match for the continuing efforts of infantry, but how would the "Disintegrator" fair against it? You control the action!
Extra Pictures and commentary:
I've got to say, I love how this sucker turned out. It was one of those rare builds where everything works out how you wanted it to and the end result looks exactly how you envisioned it when you began work. I'm definitely going to keep this guy built for a while. The only thing that changed, was that I was originally going to work some red coloring into the back to be the "cape". I always found it distracting though and when I expiremented with the green bomb detector piece I love the spine definement that it gave, and so green became the only detail color. It also brings attention to his mouth and eyes since they are the only red on it now, and so I think it looks cooler this way.

You WILL fear the Squid!

Very nice. "They call me MR SQUID!" Mr Squid is, in my opinion, one of the best aliens they came out with. He just looks the part. And this bot fits him perfectly. ^Blub^ |

Nice Suit, funny story. I agree that the choice to stick with the current color scheme highlights the facial detail. The minesweeper tool on the back also contributes to a solid "power suit" feel -Nice touch. The oversized pauldron spheres are TOO Cool. I give this one two digital actuators up, dude. -Huss Q. |

It always warms my heart to see an average Squidman rise up and take charge of his life. Unique design, the bright colors really add to the creation. |

Great story and build. I would have been okay with the build size if maybe there had been some sets to go with it. 4 points. |

Dang, those colors look realy good. At Squidman is totally ripped now, wouldn't want to meet him in any dark cantina. I really like that leg design, and the B.F.F.L. is sexy. |

Nice design and clever use of parts. The laser saved you from a three on this one and earned an extra point for a total of four (4) points. Lee. |
