Introducing the new line of armored mechs, the Crusader Class from the Armax Technologies. This model features a very bulky armor, propulsion for fast dashes and also a cold fusion power core. Diferent from the medium duty Punisher Line, The Crusader is employed to heavy and hard duties, like blockades and front lines.
About this creation
The Crusader Class was inspired in the Geth Prime from Mass Effect 1 and 2. Of course it's only inspired. It uses similar features from the SEC-032 Punisher with heavier uses and improvements as you can see in his chest and arms armors.
The back view. This angle also show the thrusters used to improve the speed during maneuvers and fast dashes, specially in Berserk mode when the pilot can use the huge mecha body and shoulder armors to charge as a battering ram.
The legs. These legs are very similar to the Samurai Edge Class legs because these steady legs are very useful when you need a high balance carrying too much weight.
The cockpit. This cockpit consists in two independant hatches. The first one is seen below...
And this is the other one:
The stormtrooper is only there because his colors matches the mecha's color scheme. IT'S NOT A STAR WARS MOC!!!
The cold fusion Power Core. This reactor generate all the energy used by the mecha and its power cells can last for 3 days of heavy usage until replacement with a minimun heat emission.

i'd like to see a star wars moc version =P
The sword was just a couple of smooth long thin pieces, i just cut them, then a light saber hilt with a little addition. |

Well, it's indeed one of your best. However, it's still needing something at arms. It's very recomendable to switch those bulky hands to another more "sleek". Perhaps you could check my Flickr account for more details.

I want to borrow some aspects of R&WM-001's arm and leg designs for my third mecha if that's all right with you :) (I'll give credit, of course)
Feel welcome and free to do that! I've copied a lot of technics in my MOCs.

Hahah, that's an awesome coincidence then. Anywho, I want to borrow some aspects of R&WM-001's arm and leg designs for my third mecha if that's all right with you :) (I'll give credit, of course) Although, I really shouldn't be thinking of a third mecha when I'm still not done with #2 ^^; |

Love the look and color scheme. It reminds me of Jet Alone from Evangelion. Perhaps that was an inspiration for this MOC?
No, it wasn't but since all my Mechs are somehow inspired in Evangelion models... why not?
