About this creation
Team Legion Of Verile Energetic Moccers Unified For Frivolous Ingenious Naughtyness entry for the conceptual build category.

"Greed"

No concept on Earth is worse than greed.

Men will kill for it. Countries go to war over it. Nothing eats at the soul more than greed.

When you are consumed by greed, nothing else matters other than the accumulation of the object of your desire.

Moving on to the fun stuff.

I was really happy with the posability of this hand. I wish I could have given it more than one connection in the knuckle area, but I'm not greedy enough to have to buy more for just this one project.

Rock and Roll!!!

I started to get tired of this thing when it started pointing out flaws in my other builds...

And it REALLY crossed the line when it told me to get this brick sorted. Doesn't it know that I have a contest going on here!??!

Greed... you can pay me with One Million bricks! Muhahahaha

It was at this point right here where things started to get a little weird and I decided to call it a day before things went... too far.

Fourth Wall Commentary: Wouldn't ya know it... right when I'm about to post a "hand" in the conceptual build category, someone else goes and does the same thing on the SAME day! HAHAHA Well, that's the way the brick crumbles. Moving on, Kelso was originally assigned this category. But since I've done all the ones I'm assigned, I asked my team if anyone had any categories that they hadn't done yet and would like me to take over. Kelso offered to name his next child after me if I could come up with a conceptual build so I decided to do him the favor. I was going to make this in a tan or lighter color, but decided to go with the "industrial iron grip" tone and make it bley. Alright judges, I know it's nothing "special," but please, be gentle...

For those that are wondering, I DO actually have a bionicle build done and "could" have posted it today BUT... I'm not happy with it and will be making some changes. Be on the look out for that later this week... if you must.

Till next time true believers!
~Chris.

I've tried 5 times to comment on this since you posted it the other day and each time my internet times out and turns off, my computer crashes and I have to restart it! I'm getting cross! Last try. I like it! I thought it was holding a chocolate bar until I read the comments and realised it was money. The object of my greed is chocolate. Love chocolate.

You really shouldn't touch that thing -- you don't know where it's been or what it's been holding. The rest of us do not want to know, either. Sinestro

Good thing you stopped with the hand. Who knows what it would have done to you if it went too far! Nice presentation!

I really like the concept here and the range of motion in the fingers is really a great touch (some slackers would have built it with no movement...but not you!). Love the pics at the end too - thanks for the laugh!

:[ Man, Lee Jones! Lighten up on the commentary. I don't think I'd want you to review my creations. Tell us what's good about the creation instead of just "this is what's wrong, get it right next time". Great job on the hand, Chris!

I think your "greed" would have been represented better with a hand reaching for "money" instead of holding it... however, the hand itself is fairly built and almost nicely poseable, and your choice for "money" shows some real guts on your part. In the end, what really spoiled it for me are the pics with that weird guy playing with your hand. 3 points, humour included.

Goldman took my joke! Now what am I going to say? I guess I'll just stick to the serious stuff. Nice build and a fantastic idea. Greed, the world would be better without it.

I don't think you see the potential of this thing. Have you imagine the back scracthing potential this thing has? By the way, that idea is copyrighted to so don't go on having any ideas ok? :P

Ooooh... Docta' "Phipson" Evil (That has a ring). It's always better to pick your nose with something other than your finger or any other body parts (For example- the toe)(Were you using the hand to PICK S.N.O.T.!? I'm so funny these days...) . Great MOC and good luck! I should have joined the MOCathon. Hmpf. Oh, and good luck on your castle.

Nice one Chris. Now if you could, make the left hand. So you have two for WORLD DOMINATION! I would like to see more hands. Ooo! I know! Many a colored hands holding on to each other! (red, blue, green, dark grey, light grey, yellow, white, black, brown, tan, and orange.) Just a thought. Or make feet!

Great build, although it is going to be a little disappointing when kelso renames his invisible hand moc to lil' chris. Well, if it's really that hard for him to build a conceptual build, I guess the rest of mocpages is going to have to just deal with it. haha.

You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose, but if you can build a hand to pick your nose you're in serious need of therapy. Nice articulation in the hand, and the fourth wall beats the actual post in my mind (You know I go for funny over serious every time). This is one you need to keep for Brickworld -- you could go up to someone and give them a hand, literally.

I'm really trying hard to hold back crude jokes involving a hand. I really am... Anyway, lovely build here. I think you should have gone studless on the dollar though, but that's just me. Again, nice work.

VERY nicely built! I'm glad you made the hand gray like an iron grip rather than a skin tone, because we all no greed isn't race-specific. Too bad you couldn't use a minifig head of George Washington on the bill, though:)
