Team Squid Suc kers in the MOC-Athalon cathegory: café street corner.
About this creation

I looked up for examples for this cathegory and found out it would need alot of attention to detail and REALLY loads of bricks. I'm not really into building houses, so I started thinking out of the box again...

Anyhooo...here it is: I decided to build that single place in town where you better don't go: A Sin Alley.

Of course it opens up for better playability, I also kept the street studded for better posability of the minifigs.

Getting mugged in Sin Alley.

There's no better place to dump a body.

Beggars side of the road.

A bum's lucky day in hell.

A cardboard box for bed & shelter.

Of course, police hasn't seen a thing. Wait a minute, isn't that...?

Close the street and take it away!

I had a lot of fun with this build; maybe I should involve more minifig related stuff in my future builds...Anyway, let me know what you think!

Good build, the trash-container looks even great ! Sorry for the late review, Moc-pages are so slow most of the time ;-)

Excellent idea, too bad the build is below you... still, it's above me. 3 points.

Great job! I hope to get another entry up today, but my UV light isn't working... oops... did I just reveal something? :)

Well - I like the direction you were headed with this, but I don't feel you quite made it. The dumpster is nice, and if the alley had been between two solid buildings, then you would have blown my socks off. But, as it stands, it earns three (3) points from me. Still, I might incorporate the concept into a future build, so thanks for sharing the idea. Lee.

Big risk here. I'm not sure how the other judges will see it. You put a good amount of effort into the building facades and minifig action, so I'll award 3 points.

Gotta love the "thinking outside the brick" approach to this! But... why am I always the one at the mouth of Sin Alley? HAHAHA ~ Chris.

Wow! Innovative! That's a lot of action packed in a street corner! And the playability is bonus! Great job, Gio!
