Deep space rescues always get you the hot chick.
About this creation
LIU Medevac STS
The Ludgonian Industrial Union is proud to present the newest tool in deep space medical evacuations, the Medevac Ship-to-Ship (STS). Rescue stranded passengers, make deep space house calls, or just impress the ladies, buy one today!

Before, space travelers only had two options when they became ill or got injured in deep space: 1. Head to the nearest planet or space station or 2. Die. Let's face it, option #1 is expensive and time consuming and option #2 is, well, you're dead. Now, the LIU gives you a third option, get picked up in deep space by our new Medevac STS.

The Medevac STS comes to your location, saving you time and fuel costs. The Medevac STS then connects directly to your ship's airlock and extracts the ill passenger.

The Medevac STS has a standard LIU airlock, insuring a perfect fit with all LIU products. If you are not using a LIU product, you don't deserve to be saved.

The LIU Medevac STS has a standard operating crew of three, one pilot and two medics.

The interior consists of a large airlock and patient area. The Medevac STS was designed to hold two patients, but you can squeeze as many as you want inside.

The airlock is large enough to accommodate a stretcher. Here, one of the medics prepares to enter another ship.

Extracted victims are stabilized in the Medevac STS's patient area until they can get to the nearest medical facility. Here, we see Chip and Chris Philson laying in the patient area while a medic looks over them. If you're going to challenge a fellow space traveler to an eating contest, it's best not to eat Spholian Atomic Burritos. There's not enough Pepto-Bismol this side of the universe to save these two.
Note:
Comments:
Comment:My ship is too small and doesn't have an airlock.
Response:Too bad. Get a bigger ship.
C:I have a LIU Product, but its so called "standard airlock" is not the same size as the Medevac's airlock.
R: Too bad. Get a better airlock.
C:My grandson was seriously injured when airlock failed on your Medevaky-thing-amajig.
R:Too bad. Get a better grandson.
C:Where can I get some Spholian Atomic Burritos?
R:Too bad. They're now banned across the universe.

The shaping is well done and that commentary is amusing as always. I especially like when it said "if you don't have an LIU product, you don't deserve to live" something like that. >Eric |

What happens if my ship doesn't have a suitable airlock, and I have an LIU elite civilian on board in a serious condition? Are you just going to leave him to die? He is suffering from a devastating loss of 1 penny, and has gone into cardiac arrest. |

Yay! Another medical ship! We should combine our fleets and administer our services to the galaxy...for a nominal fee, of course.
Great design! |

I believe the proper way to state that the airlock doesn't open would be: Comment: The airlock doesn't seem to have any sort of opening mechanism. Response: Too bad. Get a better imagination.
Hahahaha. That would have been perfect. Congrats on having the best comment of the day. Thanks to everyone else as well. |

I agree: If you're too cheap to use anything other than LIU, then a horrible death in deep space is too good for you. |

This is awesome on so many levels. I especially love how the LIU would rather profit on on people buying their special doors instead of saving lives. Thats what makes the LIU what it is today! Great job =) |

Very nice, but how does the standard airlock work exactly? i see no hinges or anything that makes it retract, do you just pull the door off?
It doesn't open in real life, if that's what you mean. In imaginary LIU land, it opens with, well use your imagination. :) |
