These are some pictures of my work-in-progress snowspeeder, it is about 95% done. Once I complete the first one, I will make 5 more to put in my Hoth layout and remove the LEGO company ones. I got a couple of design ideas from Larry Lars

Got inspiration for the front from Larry lars model. The back was my design, turned out pretty good.

I was going to do the hanger bay where the Millenium Falcon was tractor beamed into, I actually started it, but broke it down before I started my Hoth MOC and no I am not on Facebook and have no desire to join

No, and I don't know if I will, mainly because I would have to significantly increase the overall size of the MOC

I am pretty close, maybe a month or 2 away from completion. Between waitng for orders and vacation, I haven;t worked on it for 2-3 weeks. Thanks for the interest, I'll probably post on Flickr in a few weeks, hopefully

Next project? I don't know, have not really decided yet. I have a couple of large ships started, but lost interest. The Hoth that was in the magazine was my first Hoth.

You will probably not get it right the first time, so dig in for the long haul. Reference, reference, reference, get pictures of different angles from different walkers, pick a scale/size. Don't know if you are trying to make an exact copy ofmine or your own, but good luck.

Wow, Just Wow, the attention to detail in your mocs are awesome, from the pipes leading to the main blasters, to the cooling vents on the back, your mocs are some of the most detailed I've seen, just one tip though:
I suggest that you make it more friendly to parts, because if you didn't buy two collectors edition Star Destroyers, And took them apart, I don't think you will have enough pieces to build two more, which your landscape is going to need. Hope I could help, and great job! |

I agree with the last comment: WOW! This thing is SUPER accurate! I love how you did the back grill (still trying to figure that out). I don't know if you plan on it, but I would add some orange around the cannons. I can't believe your gonna make 5 more of these! |
