For the 3rd Fleet Moc-off, the Coalition of Planets Transport 63. To everyone else, it's a sub-par MOC that was whipped, to use a Civ IV term.
About this creation
Good morning, evening, or afternoon viwer. I assure you, I myself am not having a good evening. You see, about 4 weeks, maybe 5 weeks ago, I got "sick". Or so I thought. Turns out, the pill I took to stop my headache (without water, which I now regret massively) had left a chemical residue on the lining of my stomach. That residue teamed up with the hydrochloric acid in there to start burning away. As we all know, burns caused my chemicals and acid hurt.
Luckily, I'm on the slow road to recovery, but it still hurts a lot to kneel over and get to work. Which is why I've been so MOC-inactive lately. Therefore, because it hurts, I couldn't work on this thing for long periods of time. And because this week has been hectic make-up work week before the midterm, that's even less time. Angst. Therefore, this naturally sucks. Enjoy, if you can:

Top, or something.

Front-ish. By the Caupo, I hate that front.

I like the wings and the back, that's where I started from, so it explains why it's good...

The cargo bay door. There was gonna be mini-tanks in there, but I ran out of time. The bay goes all the way to the front, pretty much. It's a transport, it should have a place to put things. Also, this is a mini, if you couldn't tell.
Now, I'm not feeling to great after that, so I'm just gonna go lay down and relax.
I have no illusions of victory over what John Dawn posts. Shouldn't matter anyway, we've won the majority against the UNE.

Wow, this is awesome! Oh yeah, we discovered where, we mean, who the rubber band technique originated from! It is This awesome guy named brick Builder. The technique is featured on his Big Fig instructions. Hope this was helpful! |

Oh, another thing... I am posting this Coalition robot shortly... I am wondering if your Precipice comic could have another robot that could side with one of the rebelling robots? It is compleatly black, and hovers. |

Nice work here Awe, even on a mini-scale there are some great details! 2 Questions: 1. How do you get the ratings?! Mine's been up for a week and has 8 :)'s!!! 2. Where are the wheels? Or were they condemned to the Moc-yard of broken ideas?
1: I have no idea. 2: Condemned to the broken ideas. I had this nice gear design, but I didn't have enough tires small enough to complete it.

.....Was that all jibber jabber to you?
No. I might only own Halo 2, but I have played a good deal of Halo 1.

I think it would be stronger if an additional color was implemented somewhere. ... In the end, I've given my vote to Dawn, due mostly to his functional aspects of his MOC. This was a very close call, though. I actually prefer your design just a bit, but I feel like it could use a little finishing out, so to speak.
I can never bring my self to add detail to atmospheric things... Everything about creating drag just screams no. Guess I've been an airplane nerd too long. And like I stated, I had no illusions about this winning. Perhaps in a few weeks I'll come back to this and make it better, I think it has potential. |

Awesome, this ship is awesome! I love the design of this thing. Great form, unique features, and very sleek, which is always fun to see in a ship. On the down side, I think it would be stronger if an additional color was implemented somewhere. Nothing major, even just some dark bley elements would be helpful. Also, a couple stickers might add some nice touches. In the end, I've given my vote to Dawn, due mostly to his functional aspects of his MOC. This was a very close call, though. I actually prefer your design just a bit, but I feel like it could use a little finishing out, so to speak. Anyway, glad you were able to at least post this, and here's hoping you're feeling better soon! |

Almost like a Tau Manta, huh? anyway, nice work! I like the idea, but it could use some work. Instead of the massive use of tiles for the top, I recommend adding some other small structures so it's not just flat.
But structures make drag... Anyways, I see you're online for gmail, but I must watch Caprica now, then sleep. I got a 6:50 appointment at the county courthouse, mock trials and all. |
