About this creation

I realize that it has been several months since BrickFair 2009 has passed, and I also realize that some of you have seen pictures of this in my Flickr account, as well as the photostream of others. I always meant to post this to MOCpages but was too lazy to do so, perhaps due to the volume of pictures I took. After BrickWorld 2008, I vowed never again to take Battle of the Randomness to another convention. So what do I do? I take it to BrickFair one year later to place in PennLUG's train layout. And on top of that, I make it bigger by expanding the battlefield and adding a plantation, complete with over 250 minifigs in the display. Oh yeah, and did I mention that I didn't have much of the scenery in the plantation finished for the show? I had to build some scenery on the fly...IE: the orchard was constructed at BrickFair. The result of all this madness was a setup that took me more than 24 hours of almost non-stop work. I'm pretty sure I was the only crazy there who stayed up all night building...But it was worth it in the end. Due to the logistical nightmare of transporting everything, as well as the hellish setup time, I will not even consider bringing it with me to another Lego convention for a very long time. Only this time, I'm serious. :-D

Wow, this is truley incredible! I'm suprised a creation of this scale doesn't have more comments! In any case, I love your civil war stuff! Keep it up!
