Arcadius is a Seraph Champion. When he was still a Toa, he was called to Mata Nui to become the Champion of 100,000 Years, a supreme warrior that acts as Mata Nui's hand and upholds Justice and Light. By Mata Nui's command, he is currently training the Toa Baras Varix, Romnas and the ice Toa, Perach. He wields a staff of light. I'm pretty sure that this guy uses at least one part from every Bionicle generation. Exept for Stars and Legends. I dont have parts from those.
