Dude, I'm sorry if I steered you wrong with the treads idea. I think a mech can have treads, but this does seem to be quite tank-like. I'm going to award 2 points, but you do need to work on your photography.

Well, I was going to give you the benefit of the doubt and call it a mech despite that it just looks like a tank. The build would have earned you a point, but the out of focus pics drag you down to zero (0) points. I do like the base though, it is nicely done. Lee.

Interesting design... I can't understand if the darker pics were taken by choice, since they seem to add to the MOC. However, opening it up you showed ud it can only host a fig without hair/headgear, and the top doesn't hinge. The build is quite original, but pretty basic. No more than 1 point from me, I'm afraid...
