I think you should have the following things in your sphat (Medical area, armory, seeting area, speeder hanger, and cargo area). My cousin made a sphat but twice as big as yours, to minifig scale I helped him design it, with all that in it. yours may not be big enough so if u dont make it bigger this is wat u should have in it (medical area, seeting area, speeder hanger and armory:)

Maybe add some side guns, and a couple of rocket launchers. And maybe a laser cannon on the back. And, where are those Conduit weapons?

I'd say make the thing that connects the body to the cannon first, so then you build the cannon to work with that.
