"Charger" was a Kane-Ra who was transformed and became a Dark Hunter.
"Charger" was once a Kane-Ra, and by unknown means was transformed into a sentient being capable of speech and thought. He was recruited into the Dark Hunters, where "The Shadowed One" dispatched him on missions requiring him to fight less than six foes at a time. "Charger" would always defeat his opponents, despite their supposed advantages over him.
The rhotuka spinner unclips from his back so you can aim it.
Recently, "Charger" was dispatched to track down Matoran laborers who escaped from Odina.
"Charger", despite an increase of intelligence since being transformed, was not a strategic thinker. For example, if he was to steal an object from a fortress, he would bring the fortress down and retrieve the object from the rubble. As such, "Charger" was not stealthy, but "The Shadowed One" was willing to keep him in the organization as long his approach works out. "Charger" was also violent toward Rahi, especially Muaka and possessed a foul smell.
"Charger" wielded an axe that absorbed an opponent's elemental energy and hurled it back at them. The axe was supposedly taken from one of his Toa victims. He was also armed with sharp blades on his arms.
Kane-Ra were bull-like Rahi that were usually seen in Po-Wahi or Ko-Wahi on the island of Mata Nui and were native to Po-Metru on Metru Nui. Kane-Ra were solitary plant eaters and extremely territorial. They could stretch their necks to strike at opponents. When overtook by a Kraata-infected mask, Teridax usually had Kane-Ra work with Muaka. They were one of the largest plant eating Rahi on Metru Nui and Mata Nui. Back in Metru Nui, Kane-Ra were not a real threat to Matoran.

He originally started off as a build of "The Recorder" (another Dark Hunter), but, somehow it ended up looking like this.
The first version of "Charger" was created by Thane Ratliff. Here it is below.
Since there have been A LOT of new bionicle peices released since this relic was built, my version is very different to Mr. Ratliff's build. I hope I managed to stay true to his. It uses the same peice for the head (Vahki head. On mine, he's blind in one eye - a scar perhaps?) and also has a similar bull-like tail. He has horns, and has the same weapons as his 2004 counterpart. I also added a rhotuka spinner, since all of the titans of that period seemed to have them, and I've always loved them.
I can't tell exactly all the details on it from the lack of exposure to the dark parts in center, but the MOC as a whole is very good but, in a battle between Tren Krom and Charger...>:)*evil laugh*
Hmm... you overdid it a bit and it came out not so well balanced as your other works: some elements clash with the overall theme, and the smaller details are a bit multicored. I still like it, but you got us used to better stuuf :) (btw you can check on my Minos if you need a better joint for that kind of feet) Keep it up!
