so i found this book at goodwill a week ago, titled 'Rama II'. Its the second book in a series about a giant alien cylinder that comes into our solar system, and the ensuing investigation into it. The book is absolutely amazing, and I am definetly gonna read the whole series. For now though, here's a quick digital version of the Rendezvous (note: ships are not to scale, the Rama was about 30 miles long in the book, and the Earth ship was not nearly that size!!)
