About this creation
These are built for the Kockice EXPO2010 exhibition. They were seen in the City diorama.
The guys behind the wheels are:
Dax Olesa, a brick friend and
just a guy.
I'll start with the forklift that was built first, the yellow one.
It's one of those in which the driver is sitting sideways. It's got only three wheels and is an indoor forklift.
These forklifts were blogged on Classic-Town - here. Thanks!
The one Dax is driving is a more common outdoor forklift, nothing more to say about it.
Here are some comparison pictures:
And one more without the drivers.
Note to Dax:
Now that I've got a HP vest, I had to put You in a MOC. I know it's not a Civic with a CF hood but, hey, it's red! :D And hope You don't mind it took me so long. I promise I'll put You in a worthy MOC as soon as possible. ;)
Thank You!

great =), I think your design (red one) is better ;) Thanks, but both are my design. :) One was only inspired by an actual forklift and one was not. |

If you race them, which one wins? I vote for the guy wearing the Gryffindor shirt. Great detail work on these. Nice job. Thanks! That depends on where You race them. If it's indoors, the yellow one wins for sure. On the outdoors however, the red one does.

Excelent work! Both forklifts are very cleverly built. I must say that I'm very honored to be in this MOC :) And I don't mind at all that it took a little while: I know my sigfig is pretty hard make. Thanks for keeping your word, and great work! Keep it up! I'll be sure to add SigMarin in some future creations ;) |

These are great - much more realistic than Lego's own forklifts. I like the use of the Star Wars-y cannon pieces for the lift mechanism. Top job, 5 smilies : ) |
