This MOC is perfect.
It's not the largest, or most detailed, or even most structurally complex, but it does everything it's intended to EXACTLY how it should. You have the right color coordination, the right pieces, the right hieght and thickness of walls and floors and cielings, the right amount of accesories, the right roof structure, clean lines, etc. I personally am not a fan of the hinge-chimney style, but that's just my taste...it works fine! I like it!
Very good. I like how you did the balcony and the details you put inside. I'm also inspired by James Brink work and i have a lot of MOC that owe their inspiration to one of his creation.
