My first steampunk MOC to date, The Glorious Stork! Crewed by the most skilled engineers in Europe, The Glorious Stork is ready to explore the darkest corners of the map. Enjoy!
About this creation
Profile view.
The back is equipped with a large, state-of-the-art machine gun for when someone, or something, is on your tail.
The Glorious Stork is equipped not only with five propellers, but also tank treads and a hull that displaces enough water for it to float. The propellers work almost as well in the water as they do in the air.
The engine. I think this turned out pretty good for a first try.
The cockpit.
James Wallace, the mechanic. If anything breaks on The Glorious Stork, James is the first person the crew goes to. Known for his shoot-first-ask-questions-later attitude, he has been noted by his fellow comrades to be more of a savage than most of the local people they encounter on their voyages.
Scott Ford, the gunner. Scott is the only American on the crew, and he is one of the more quiet and compassionate members. His accuracy is unmatched by any man, but he won't fire unless the crew is in danger. At the end of each voyage, his kill count is typically the lowest but the most appreciated.
Dr. Peter Blake, the navigator and medic. Doc's intellect has gotten the crew out of many a sticky situation, from speaking the language of locals to knowing how to cure venomous stings. Doc has so many instruments and tools that he is always carrying at least one bag of supplies.
William Johnson, the pilot and captain. William's charisma and quick thinking has kept the crew together in dangerous situations and he can outmanuver even the most agile aircraft with his Glorious Stork. He loves that ship, and he loves exploring.
Cargo bay.
The cargo bay can hold supplies for The Glorious Stork's voyages.
Final shot with the crew and some supplies in front of The Glorious Stork.
Thanks for viewing, let me know what you think!

Steampunk is a great genre, and you've done a nice job on this. I like how you've given this the ability to move in so many ways. Good work! |

Great MOC but who really needs to explore only the 'Darkest' 'Most exoctic', 'most dangerous' places on earth, really can someone not make something at least a little tamer, like for 'boldly going where only a select few have gone before.' Well, done with the pointless speech, nice high quality MOC. |
