A Blast From The Past
Welcome to Vader-Town
About this creation
Having found my old camera buried in the back of my drawer, I came to realize that that camera contained pictures of my old mocs that I have built back when i was a wee kid... not too long ago though, just 4 years ago, when I was 15... it was back then when the concept of Vader-town and building building... uh.. Yeah you get the meaning.. Was born! So having a MocPage account which has been collecting dust for a while, I have decided to upload a small album of the total number of shots I have taken...

This moc is about the hotel that could have been found in Vader-Town.. Incase you did not get it, its a town founded by Darth Vader himself... pretty straight forward... So back to the Moc.. This is St. Regis Vader-Town. This wonderful hotel was founded in well... not too long ago, and can be found in the corner of 13 Trooper Ave and Brick-Street. Below are several shots of the interior of the building coupled with several detailed shots of each room. St. Regis is a multi-functional hotel that features 4 luxurious deluxe suites, 1 gorgeous Presidential Suite and a magnificent ballroom.. Pardon the flowery language... xD...

Here’s the St. Regis, found nestled between BoBo Building and VT’s Orion Square.

Here we are at the Foyer of the St. Regis, Lets take a closer look… xD

At St. Regis, happy yet disgruntled Strom Troopers are always ready to serve all your hotel needs.

My… Its Christmas at St. Regis, hence a simplistic Christmas tree sits in the middles of all the hustle and bustle.

Tourists from all spokes of lives gather at the luxurious St. Regis. Only to realize that they were robbed by the trusty bell-Trooper.

Moving on to the second floor, we have the magnificent ballroom, which is currently occupied by Storm Trooper training seminar.

Headed by the Grand Trooper himself, he proudly explains the 3’B’s to his younglings. “Be helpful”, “Be courteous” and “BoBo Handbags”

For more information on BoBo, go here

R2 units at the far corner record the following seminar, which will then be converted to educational videos for young Stormies…

A seminar which could benefit all Stormies, what could be better… But Wait what do we have here?

Just like gossiping girls at the back of a classroom, a bunch of Stormies have indulged themselves in their own BoBo handbag bragging of their latest buys.

Now that aside, lets move on to the luxurious deluxe suites. Each suite comes with a Bed, A TV, A Couch, a bedside table, a lamp and a small table.

Here we have the state of the art TV. From VT technologies, this ultra flat TV is capable of up to 24 hours of non-stop TV watching. With 3 channels programmed into it, veiwers are guaranteed an enjoyable experience, empowered by VT technologies

The Comfy Couch, the place where tired guest can crash in after a long day of shopping. This state of the art chair features a massage mechanism, which rivals even the best jawanese massage. Cup holders can be purchased at the frontdesk for 250 republic credits.

Ah the bedside lamp, the source of light for a guest to read his book before turning in for the night, which 4 settings, night light, warm light, bright light and halogen light, guest can surely enjoy a lovely night of warm jazz a a nice book.

When night falls, what better way to relax than to sleep in one of St. Regis VT Patent Pending Stud Bed. Why pay thousands of dollars on a professional massage when you can get one for free on VT’s Patent pending Stud bed. The Studbed provides a long-term massage on all the chi points in the body which leaves some guest with a night of a lifetime.

Here we have the small table which can be found in most hotel suites, classy and made of pure Endor wood and trimmed with gold stolen from Jabba’s palace. This definitely enhances the elegance and redundancy of such a beautiful piece of work.

St. Regis holds 4 deluxe suites.

Now moving on to the presidential suite. Unlike the regular deluxe suite, the presidential suite guarantees its guest the ultimate high roller experience. Lets take a closer look!

A class different from the deluxe suite, the presidential suite promises a 2” Hologram TV, which boast up to 48 hours of viewing time and up to 5 colored channels.

Made from the finest Taun-Taun fur, the 1 seater is bound to make its seater he/she is in LEGO heaven

Needless to say, the presidential suite is not complete without a 2 seater couch, which boast the same luxurious specs as the 1 seater.

What perfect couch set is complete without a side table? Imported straight from Jabba’s palace, the one of a kind bantha Ivory lamp sits on top of a solid gold side table. Luxury only the Presidential suite can afford.

Why, what better way to freshen up a room than to use cheap plastic flowers which can be found growing on St. Regis sidewalk?

Now moving on to the bed room. Similar to the deluxe suite, the presidential suite is coupled with not 1, but 2 bedside lamps. Made from imitation Bantha Ivory, these lamps have enough light to brighten a whole city. Power only the rich can afford

Very often, the high roller experience, is exhaustive. Thus St. Regis pampers their presidential guest with only the softest VT patent pending Stud Bed. One sleep on it and it is guaranteed to make all your pains disappear.
VIEWER DISCLAIMER: ‘Experience may vary from inviduals, try at your own risk.’

Why, Here we have a perfect example of the high roller experience. On the far corner sitting on the chair, is Mdm President of “LegoLand”. Sitting next to her is not but the founder of VT, Darth Vader himself!. And of course, to fill up the 2 seater couch, the security guard from lobby has been asked to join the meeting.

With such a flamboyant conversation going on, it can only be said that they are discussing about important issue. Either that or they have gotten drunk from the Cognac stash Vader has hidden in the couch’s secret compartment.

Vader’s personal guards stand guard outside the sitting area, discussing about the latest BoBo fall collection just released.

Likewise Mdm President’s guards are talking about something… Interesting?

A sneak into the bedroom shows that Mdm President is also a BoBo person… xD

Hiding secretly in the bedroom, Mdm President’s soon-to-be husband chugs down the In-Bar Cognac.

Having given a round tour of the St. Regis VT, let me say that it is one of the oldest Moc that I have created… St. Regis VT is now part of the super structure known as the Shanghai Oriental Pearl… xD.. Hope you enjoyed it!...

Cheers… xD

Once again, you beat me to it! Looks like your Hong Kong Bank of China Tower was, in fact, the first one ever built! Kudos to ya' for being the first! I'll have to add a caveat to my statement about being the first to build it on my page. Interesting conglomeration of buildings you have there, befitting of a dictator such as Vader.

Quoting robert ball Excellent and highly entertaining. The St. Regis is very nicely designed, too. I like that inset brick facade. Having worked in a hotel once, I have to wonder what kind of treasures are in the Lost And Found, if any made it that far! And some things not so treasurable. I was on my way down to work one morning when one of the maids gave a shriek and came running out of a room. Someone had left behind their 4 foot pet python! Anything like that ever happen at the St. Regis?
Haha!... thanks for your comment!.. hmm... no 4ft long python.. just one huge slug called jabba sleeping in the presidential suite... xD... Cheers...

I am not worthy, yet I post here. Oh the irony. You mustve been rich/related to the rich/acquainted with the rich/spoiled to have such a MASSIVE collection for someone who was 15 and had the time to make all this. I bet you did your homework at school, and spent vacations and probably lived across the street from school to attain such time and dedication. :P six stars.
