About this creation
This is, perhaps, the SAFEST view. He's got his attention on the felons up ahead.

This is the BEST view, because he's going AWAY from you!

The WORST possible view, especially if those red and blue lights are flashing!

This is for all you Post-Apoc Mocers out there. My take on the scenarios. The CHP did not give up and go away when the disasters struck. They modified their equipment and continued to patrol the highways of the great State of Californ-ee-ya, enforcing the laws as they deemed necessary. Note the twin 50 cal. machine guns and the tire shredding saws! Note the gigantic engine! I don't know what kind it is, but that buggy can get up and go!!!

They try. The saws and machine guns are on there because the average runner isn't going to be some guy who inadvertently did a rolling stop or failed to signal. And, they'll probably be letting off a few as they try to escape. The front of the car is mostly armored,BTW, and the tires are from salvaged Brinks and Wells Loomis trucks.
