Anyways, I've started off the New Year with an Apoc moc. Not Post-Apoc, but during Apoc. Or, what caused 2148 to look the way it does. Don't worry, Castle is still my favorite theme, but I think that it's good to branch out.
The rattle of gunfire and the pop of shells echoes through the streets. Ruined buildings loom against an ash-grey horizon. Craters pockmark the roads. This is Washington D.C, 2058. It has been two years after the Two Day War, where Nuclear bombs hurtled over the oceans, and hit cities, extinguishing thousands of hopes, dreams, regrets, fears, smiles, and futures in a single blinding flash. When the dust finally cleared, we all hoped that it was over. But it wasn't. Invasion forces arrived from over the ocean, tanks and soldiers by the thousands. And thus began the AfterWar, where the survivors fought a desperate struggle against the invaders...
Attackers side, the Invaders .
Ruined building 1, with a rather bloody corpse inside, along with a cup and a stereo. An Invader soldier looks at the body.
The outside. The body is probably the result of all of those bullet holes.
The second ruin. This is probably some convenience store, where a lone survivore holds out against an Invader soldier and heavy troop.
The heavy troop. I personally think that this guy looks awesome.
Just a top view of the second building.
Building #3, with a rocketeer outside.
The inside, which serves as a field hospital.
The poor chap whose arm has been shot.
The rocket trail, which is one of the reasons I ever built this MOC.
Very cooL! I like the buildings (along with the inventive bullet holes) and the tank was worth hiring slaves... I mean slaving over. I have two tommy guns, one from the cairo IJ set and one from the older batman sets (the quality is a lot different, surprisingly. The newer one is smoother and shinier). Keep up the good work, and good idea to branch off inot other themes.
