Base construction for LEGO Pods from bradfordrant.org
About this creation
After careful study of the Pod building instructions available on bradfordrand.org, I believe I have found the base construction used in the building of each Pod. After the Pod reaches this point, it is customized according either to the task for which it will be used or according to the pilot's own personal tastes. (Perhaps both, in some cases.) Sometimes, the base construction itself will be modified slightly to accommodate the outer customization as seen in the construction of Pod 3.

My goal in researching the design was to give people (who did not have an opportunity to receive one of the original Pods) a starting point for building their own customized Pod. I advise anyone who wishes to use these building instructions to also refer to the instructions for Pod 1 available from bradfordrand.org.

And now, here are the instructions that I put together:

We would like to mention that this is an amazing recreation of a LEGO pod. To see the pod move in 3D is a first and looks stunning! Well done Chris and keep up the fantastic work! The Bradford Rant Institute of Cosmic Kinesis
