A quick entry for Shannon's Vig/orama contest
About this creation
Scuba Claus could see Lorelei was emotional about her gift. He just hoped she liked the new shoes too.......
Base sans figs
Figs
Shannon Rocks. Oh yes baby. A quick and dirty 8x8 vig.
The very best of the season to you and your families. I'm off to check my advent calender then start on a slightly more serious entry for the diorama catagory.
Merry ChristMOCs and a happy new build!

Hey Stuart,
I noticed your comment on my Apocalypse contest entree and you seemed to be really looking forward to the "other" build. If you drop me an e-mail (packerdylan@gmail.com), I'll send you some WIP pics of the "other" apoc build I'm working on.

A very good little vig! Great humor in it. At least we know mermaids also celebrate Christmas. ;) The "fish-suspension" is a very clever idea. Good luck in the contest and Merry Christmas! ~ Ghostman :) |

Thanks everybody, merry xmas!

The technique for getting the fish to "float" is genious (I don't use that word often around here). Did you come up with that? The build is well done and humorous all around. Good luck.
I'm sure somebody else has used those bionicle spines for something similar before (new ideas in Lego are pretty rare), but not that i've seen. I was after a way to get a fish or two into the background and this came from playing around trying to find connections. I claim the credit for fish-suspension! Thanks for the kind words Alex. |
