A LEGO model of Stadler FLIRT passanger train.
About this creation
This is my second passenger train and I tried to build the Stadler FLIRT passanger train. Unforutnately, this train isn't motorized yet, I'll do it in spring 2010. This train is approx. 135 cm long and it took 72 hours to build it.

This is the first section of the train. I plan to build in the XL motor between the driver's cabine and the first door.

This is the second section, without a toilet, I'll build in the IR reciever in the roof.

Third section, with toilet (one window is missing, but only on this side of the train), I plan to build in the roof the rechargeable battery box.

And the fourth section, similar to the first one, there will be an another XL motor.
In reality except the motors all machines are on the roof of the train, and perhaps in this modell IR reciever, rechargeable battery and cables won't be in the passanger cab.

It's compatible to all RC (and 9V) tracks.

good but i have the power functions and it will not reach from the front to the back. im sorry but you would just have to take out the interior and get the rechargable battery box. it is smaller and easier. it is only 4 studs wide. perfect for the train. good luck
